Since January 1, 2019, Northwoods Villa Inc. has provided assisted living and group home care throughout northern Minnesota. Our communities offer calm, home-like environments where each resident receives a personalized care plan tailored to their individual needs.
 

We operate four homes in Grand Rapids and one in International Falls, each centered around person-focused care for 4–6 residents per home. Every care plan is customized and updated as needs change to ensure appropriate, consistent support.
